Do you do same day delivery?

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, at this time, Green Linnet is a two person team growing, arranging, and delivering all our own flowers. When do you make fresh floral deliveries?

We make flower deliveries during set hours Monday through Friday. You will select a delivery day and time window at check out.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Can you deliver to people in hospitals?

Green Linnet delivers to hospitals whenever possible. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.

How do you know my specific delivery needs?

Please leave very specific instructions for the delivery of your floral arrangement in the “Special Instructions” field during checkout. We can only make one delivery attempt for each order. In all other cases, if the recipient is not available when the courier attempts to deliver, they will either:

  • Leave the arrangement with a neighbor or nearby business.
  • Leave the arrangement with a business employee if delivering to a business.
  • Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance).

If we do leave the flowers at a different nearby location, we will notify the recipient by phone or email.

Will the bouquet I order look just like the photo posted?

Pictures shown in our online catalog are examples of an actual seasonal arrangement. However, the flower varieties or colors used in your bouquet may vary. Despite variations, we guarantee that your specific arrangement will be fresh and lovely.

Green Linnet attempts to use vases represented in the photos on our site, however in the event that we are unable to use these vases, we will substitute it with a vase of a similar size.

Can I get a refund if I don't like my bouquet?

Green Linnet makes every effort to delivery fresh bouquets that bring beauty and joy to our customers. We welcome your feedback on our product, however, all purchases are non-refundable.

Where do your flowers come from?

Green Linnet grows our flowers on four residential properties in Davidson County, Tennessee. We supplement our bouquets with other farmers' flowers grown within a 100 mile radius. Finally, when absolutely necessary during the months of October through February, our bouquets are supplemented with stock from other American farms and wholesalers.

Will my handmade product (ceramics, paintings, weavings etc) look just like the photo?

Green Linnet strives to accurately photograph all listed pieces. However, handmade pieces often have variations and imperfections that are a part of their unique nature. There may be color, texture, or shape variations between pieces that are unavoidable and bring character and beauty to each design.
